We have a databank of textile personnel from South Asia. Simultaneously we carry out an extensive
search in South Asia for the right candidates. From our databank and candidate search initiative, we
short list candidates for interview. The candidates we propose are the ones whose background check
has been properly done. |

The preliminary interview is done by industry specialists and HR consultants to evaluate the candidate on dual
criteria of professional knowledge and individual fit in the prospective organization. All potential candidates
are evaluated based on experience, ability, character, and compatibility. |

The short listed candidates are called for final interview. The interview board consists of your company
representative, industry specialists and HR consultant from our company. The short listed candidates are
thoroughly grilled on all relevant subjects and are also subjected to a psychological test. |

After identification and selection of the most suitable candidates for a job, we assist you in all phases of the
hiring process negotiation on salary package, drafting of appointment letter, planning of travel logistics of the selected candidate. |
